Living flame of love
We're on our knees
Holy God
Show us Your glory
Oh God
We're on our knees
Crying for heaven to come to earth
Come Holy Spirit
Fall on us
Burn like a fire
Living flame of love
We're on our knees
Holy God
Show us Your glory
Oh God
We're on our knees
Crying for heaven to come to earth
We're on our knees
Holy God
Show us Your glory
Oh God
We're on our knees
Crying for heaven to come to earth
Father God Your will be done
Christ in us Your Kingdom come
Spirit lead us now as one
Set Your church on fire again
Father God Your will be done
Christ in us Your Kingdom come
Spirit lead us now as one

Christ in us Your Kingdom come
Spirit lead us now as one
Set Your church on fire again
Come Holy Spirit
Fall on us
Burn like a fire
Living flame of love
Set your fire
Burn like a fire
Living flame of love
We're on our knees
Crying for heaven to come to earth.

So here I am with empty hands And something I’ve been waiting to say. Oh it’s not wrapped with ribbons or bows, But this is my gift and here it goes: I will reach out my hand to someone in need, Be courageous and kind, like Jesus would be. I will build up my friends with the words that I say, Be a light in my home every day. I will live like you want me to live. This is the gift I’ll give. The good I seek begins with me And I believe there’s always a way To comfort those who feel alone Especially on a day like today. If every soul found someone to lift, The world would change, and what a gift! Chorus This is the gift I’ll give. Saint James the Less

SAINT JAMES THE LESS

Galatians 1:19
But I did not see any other of the apostles except James, the Lord’s brother

LET US LEAR A BIT MORE...

"James was the son of Alphaeus and seems to have been born in Caesarea. He is mentioned less frequently in the New Testament than Philip is. Sometimes James is called the Less, which might be a hint that he was a short person or else that he was younger than the other apostle named James."

"After Jesus’ death James continued to preach the Gospel and is believed to have become the first bishop of Jerusalem. Assuming that James and the first bishop of Jerusalem are one and the same person, then he met his death as a martyr in that city about the year a.d. 62. Tradition identifies James as the author of the epistle associated with his name."

Saint Joseph the Worker

Saint Joseph the Worker
He's just too important not to recognize today!

~~~
"Joseph understood the importance of work. He was a carpenter—a builder—and probably taught Jesus his trade. Through his work, Joseph honored the Father in heaven and continued the act of creation."
"He lived in dignity."
"To give workers a patron, the Church turned to Joseph, who had been made the Patron of the Universal Church by Pope Pius IX in 1870 and the model for fathers of families. Joseph was named protector of workers by Pope Benedict XV, and in 1955, the feast of Saint Joseph the Worker on May 1 was proclaimed by Pius the XII. Let us pray to Saint Joseph for his help in all our work and for those many people who want and need jobs but cannot find them."
